To evidence the progress we are making, on 27th March 2017, we welcomed a number of our key stakeholders at an event in London to learn about our digital journey. We showcased the exciting new technologies we are implementing to help manage our assets and improve our customers’ experience, and how these will benefit shareholders and other stakeholders.
By becoming a digitally-led company, with customers at its heart, we believe that we are delivering a platform for future success by creating a culture of being bolder and pushing
an ambitious agenda. Our progress to date and our future plans are supporting our aim to be upper quartile versus our peers, and the foundations we are laying to embrace digital opportunities and drive innovation will position us for future success.
