After an initial consultation and a friendly chat, we will devise a programme of learning based on the needs of those you support. Our team of expert trainers and volunteers will come to you wherever you are across the region to deliver the sessions.

"Thanks for coming in to talk to the students. The session was really good. You tailored your talk to meet their needs and included elements that we spoke about during our Teams meeting last week. From the start you gained our students attention with humour and your friendly manner, this helped them to relax and begin to engage with you. There was one slide that mentioned apprenticeships, traineeships and graduate schemes, you recognised that the students didn’t understand the terminology and adapted the talk to move on quickly to the next slide which was more relevant to them. A couple of our quieter students readily engaged and the young man that came over to talk to you at the end does not usually engage with any visitors."

"Severn Trent provided an Employability Workshop for individuals with complex disabilities at Sense. Within this session Severn Trent discussed what makes a good CV, interview tips, and preparation and recruitment processes. All of the attendees found the employability workshop of great value as it increased their confidence and knowledge within the recruitment process. This partnership is an excellent opportunity for both Sense and Severn Trent to improve the employment gap of people living with complex disabilities in the West Midlands."
"It's great to work with people who are invested in the cause as much as we are and the feedback about your team and the volunteers has been so positive. I feel this is the beginning of a great partnership and hope you and your colleagues will be on board for future events!"
Lottie, Queen Alexandra College
"Everybody we worked with at seven Trent went above and beyond to make this course as successful as it was. The trainers were outstanding and developed a good bond with our service users."
