Career and responsibilities:

Bronagh joined Severn Trent in 2011 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.  She is also responsible for compliance and assurance and the Group’s Corporate Sustainability programme.  During her career she has worked across several sectors including finance, leisure and hospitality and she has a broad range of corporate experience, having led FTSE100 company HR, communications, corporate social responsibility, insurance, risk and health, safety and wellbeing functions.  She has also been a Non-Executive Director on industry bodies such as the British Hospitality Association.  Prior to moving in-house, Bronagh was a senior associate solicitor in Allen & Overy’s banking and insolvency group.
