Tech teams

Our IT Delivery team is the powerhouse behind aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Using agile and waterfall methods, they supercharge project execution, ensuring everything stays on budget and hits the mark. This team is the catalyst for change, breaking down barriers, boosting productivity, and securing the resources needed for seamless implementation.

The IT Operations team is the backbone of our technology landscape, managing all IT equipment, from hardware and software to apps and data networks. They run, maintain, support, and repair systems, including the telemetry system that controls the water network, ensuring smooth operations across the company.

Our Cyber team protects our critical infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring the safety and reliability of water supply systems. By monitoring and responding to incidents in real-time and deploying innovative security tools, they help us create a robust defence against cyber threats, helping us safely deliver one of life’s essentials to our communities.

The Tech Experience team is committed to resolving incidents and minimising business disruptions. Providing frontline support through the Service Desk and tackling on-site issues with our Field Team, the team ensures every colleague has the right access to the right applications at the right time.

2030 Strategy

Our 2030 technology strategy is a five-year plan dedicated to supporting our communities in the region, protecting the environment, and playing a crucial role in the national infrastructure.

Over the next five years, our tech team will become a powerhouse of innovation and efficiency. They'll revolutionise how we manage desktops and devices, improve network reliability with advanced technology, and upgrade key applications.
