Career and experience
Sally’s 30-year executive career was at Lloyds Banking Group where she held a wide range of roles leading customer-facing parts of the business. Sally is a Non-Executive Director of OSB Group Plc and, until April 2024, Sally was the Chair of the Principality Building Society. Sally was also formerly a Non-Executive Director at Delio Wealth Limited, a fast-growing Welsh Fintech business. With a personal interest in tackling poverty and injustice, Sally currently chairs the Board of Trustees at Oasis Cardiff, a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers, is a Trustee of Care for the Family, and has also previously served as a Trustee of Tearfund.
