Career and experience
Iain was appointed Chief Executive of Principality Building Society in November 2025, having served as Chief Financial Officer since July 2022. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer from September 2017 and, prior to that, Managing Director and Finance and Strategy Director of Nemo Personal Finance Limited, Principality's second-charge lending subsidiary.
Iain is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience across retail banking, as well as start-up and private equity owned financial services businesses in the UK. He has held a variety of leadership roles across finance, treasury, operations, change management and transformation.
