The board has established an effective committee structure to assist in the discharge of its responsibilities. The terms of reference of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees (the “Principal Committees”) comply with the provisions of the Combined Code and are available for inspection on the this website (see related downloads).
Each of the Principal Committees has reviewed its effectiveness and terms of reference during the year and any necessary actions have been identified and reported to the board.
