Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Severn Trent Plc announces that Martin Lamb, a non-executive director of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Water Limited, has been appointed a member of the Severn Trent Plc Remuneration Committee, with effect from 22 January 2010.
