Where possible, we provide flexible working arrangements to enable our employees to achieve the right balance between their commitments at work and the other parts of their life. Flexible working arrangements include flexitime schemes, part-time working, career breaks, job sharing and hot desking. We have also introduced 'Lifestyle', a flexible benefits package that allows employees to tailor some of the employment package to best suit their needs.
